Fostered Not Broken™ was founded in 2024 by Mika Ford with a mission to empower foster youth, ages 16-24, by providing access to education, housing, healthcare, and career opportunities. The organization is dedicated to eliminating the social determinants of inequality and creating sustainable pathways for foster youth to thrive. Through holistic support, innovative programs, and advocacy, Fostered Not Broken™ helps young people transition into adulthood with resilience and confidence. Our vision is a future where every foster youth has the resources and support to reach their full potential, shaping a more equitable and inclusive society.
